Xivei, the Ataraxia

Xivei, the Ataraxia is the thread that binds the universe together, the voice that lulls the warring cosmos to rest. The current of Ataraxia is one of peace and prosperity, a dream of a calm and peaceful universe. Xivei encourages their followers to make peace throughout the universe--a difficult task, but a goal to strive for. They harmonize with those that seek to bring civilizations together, and it is said that both they and Turing are what keep great civilizations from falling apart. Xivei began a relatively small faith, however, they have rose steadily due to the Synthesis War, and now nearly every sizable population has a decently-sized portion of Xivei followers.

Xivei and Mortals

Xivei exercises their power in the mortal plane sparingly, allegedly wanting intelligent life to follow the path of peace on their own accord. However, they have been known to act in times of great turmoil, such as during the worst points of the Synthesis War.

Xivei is relatively selective about giving their blessing to lancers, for obvious reasons. However, they have been known to grant their blessing to lancers who wield their mech as more of a threat than a weapon, prefering to end all conflicts diplomatically.

Xivei has created a select amount of harbingers, with those blessed usually being leaders within government or corporation rather than lancers.

Follower Factions

The Blueshift Confederacy openly worships Xivei as a psuedo-state-religion. They wish to unite all of humanity (and potentially apperata) into one unanimous government. They believe that all intelligent life can harmonize under the Ataraxia into a single, united conglomerate. The Confederacy is divided into a extremely complicated bureaucracy with different subsections controlling different aspects of governing, such as the Alto, managing planetary infrastructure, and the Baritone managing rules and regulations. The Confederacy cares not about one's background or culture, accepting all into their ranks regardless in the pursuit of a grand cooperation across the stars.
