dream one

the beginning of religious themes in my dream/nightmares, this one is pretty common as well, though it varies pretty significantly each time. sometimes i'm crucified on the cross, and other times i'm holding the spear, and of course the background changes signifcantly. usually this one doesn't have that great of an effect on me.

i don't mind this one other than the type of person it paints me as. i don't exactly have any history with religion so its more baffling as to why my mind would wander to this (other than living in a judeo-christian society). the shifting perspective is usually the worst part, as well as the implication. i mean, what kind of narcissist would imagine themselves as both being on the cross, and holding the spear of destiny?
